Love and Mother Earth
Healing is a journey with many elements to it, and two of those elements, or aspects that are most often called upon during healing sessions is the energy of Mother Earth and Heart energy.
The energy of Mother Earth supports us to keep grounded and connected (to her), this energy also connects with our physical survival, linked to our fight and flight response, our tribe, feelings of belonging and safety, feeling safe where and how we live.
The other energy is that of the heart, being or living from our truth, being open to love and express love, accepting, allowing judgement to fall away and be in the realm of compassion.
The one that I wanted to focus on today is Mother Nature and to let you know how passionate I am about keeping her and all that dwell on her present and protected. I cannot talk about her though without bringing the energy of love, kindness and compassion in for her also.
Which is why this month I would like to promote supporting a very important part of Mother Nature that is currently fairly well untouched in the Surf Coast, Spring Creek Valley.

Protect Spring Creek Valley While Supporting Your Personal Growth
She is a beautiful Valley that has been preserved and kept sacred in the area, and it is important Spring Creek Valley remains that way. However, this is currently being challenged by some. The next step in the process to protect this area from being changed forever is currently in place and this part needs our support financially as well as vocally.
In light of this for the month of March, 20% of all consult bookings made will be donated to the ‘Protect Spring Creek Valley Campaign’.
