Service Description

These sessions combine Talk Therapy, where you have the time to really explore your issues and the feelings surrounding them. As well as highly effective de-stressing techniques and exercises to integrate the new behaviours you would like in your life. The sessions enable you to release the old patterns or emotions from the past, bring understand and healing to the situations that have occurred in the past so these past issues can be resolved. Allowing you to see and feel differently about the experience as you will gain the wisdom from it, which is very empowering and self-healing. From here you can create the future you seek without carrying the past into your present and future. Clients often feel, lighter, aligned and grateful from these sessions as they have had the time and space to really delve into the wisdom of the experience and bring about the transformation they have been wanting for so long. To gain the most from the sessions the 3 sessions need to be within 6 months from the first session and can be booked at the first consult to ensure you honour your personal development and growth. No refunds are offered if the sessions are not completed within 12 months.

Cancellation Policy
